These roles, which are available for current students who will graduate in the next 1-2 years, involve technical training, mentorship, educational resources, and networking events, culminating with an intern showcase.
With their leadership skills, technical training, rigor, and mission-focused approach, military veterans are ideal candidates for many positions in our industry. We provide skill development, training, apprenticeship, and quality career opportunities in the construction industry to veterans and service members through our Military to Project Program and NABTU’s Helmets to Hardhats Program.
In addition to offering our own Apprenticeship Programs using the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum, we work with NABTU and TradeFutures to advance Apprenticeship Readiness Programs (ARPs). ARPs helps women, veterans, and people of color launch careers in the construction industry.
